There’s something about funk music that’s so inexplicably addictive. For me it’s way more than just a genre. It’s a language, a state-of-mind, a way of life, an attitude… and the adjectives are infinite. I’ve been hooked by funk music ever since I heard the first bar of groove. With this piece, I’ve tried to bring together some of the coolest funksters around to dance and sing the language of funk with their own artistic identities. Long live funk.
