You know that week before the Superbowl that the NFL doesn't know how to use? Two worst teams play for the right to the #1 pick–winner gets it. That way:
1. They are not rewarded by starting vacation early-they have to play later than everyone (except 2 teams)
2. They will both have to try
3. It is 1 more meaningful game for fans.
4. Teams won't want the embarassment of playing in the Toilet Bowl.
5. A team can't tank to be god-awful to get franchise qb in most situations. They still get much-needed help, but not the magical player. Tanking will not get you #1 pick.
