9. i feel that this movie does injustice with arunmozhi
   firstly the name is ponniyin selvan but vanthiyathevan gets more screentime,well thats also fine,as the novel itself begins the way that vanthiyathevan introduces us to all the major characters
   but then again they emphasised to nandinial nd adityas story a way more than required
   first ten monutes of the movie PS2 could have been shortened and should have been given this time time arunmozhi and vaanathi
   also the movie is ponniyin selvan but don't have a single full fledged song for him
   they gave,ponninadhi,rakshas mama, aga naga to vanthiyathevan
   they gave,cholachola,chirangirunilave,and one more song in the start to aditya
   but even a single one to arunmozhi
   VEERA raaja veera was such a beautuful song which very well suited arunmozhi,but again they messed up with song and gave it to aditya
   that is wrong
   vanaathi and arunmozhi don't even have a shot conversation either

13. The movie ends with PS2 and there is no PS3 because the novel ends here. This movie was based on the novel which was a historic fiction. When the movie ended I truly wished that someone made a movie with the real history of what happened after he took the Throne. That is when things got truly interesting IMO. I am a Tamilian, so I know the history of this King very well. He was a great warrior and conqueror and also a great administrator who gave good governance to his subjects. Maritime silk route (which even now is not achievable for someone like Xi Jinping with his Belt and Road Initiative because of reasons such as strong opposition from other countries like Japan and whatnot). Both of them are the greatest Father-Son and both were the greatest Emperors of their time and even in all of history for that matter.

    His son especially captured Indonesia via a great Naval expedition. At that time the Cambodian Kings had Tamil ancestry too and were also staunch Hindus and they went to war against Indonesia in support of Cambodia. 19. The song is so good in Telugu and Tamil with full of poetic words and in Hindi it is no so much in lyrics they used daily use words and not poetic words which are describing the king they could have used Sanskrit in hindi song …
