  1. If you're a Cardinals fan like myself you can agree with Bader being in the lineup to play defense but he needs to be a team player more like today and let Matt Carpenter hit for him every time he has better offense of production out there who agrees.

  2. that goldy homer was pretty great, coming from a giants fan, but what was even better, was seeing melancon, who blew like 50% of his saves when he was with my giants, completely ruin the entire game for the braves, I was watching this game with my dad and after we saw the last melancon run he said "do you think the braves will win the other games in the series" and I said "depends if melancon comes in to pitch" melancon is not fit to pitch in the postseason, he used to be great but he has 0 control over his fastball/cutter and said fastball/cutter goes 94 or less and doesn't move, half his pitches are 5 feet off the plate, the rest are on a tee

  3. Did the announcer actually say that Goldschmidt "hit 25 (home runs) two years ago….set the Cardinals franchise record" @ 1:23 ? I just woke up from a nap. What year is it??
