12. Whatever Jai says is 100% true. Superb dialogues by dialogue writer.

    A person living in cold region or remote cant live if they eat only vegetarian. So eating non-veg is their only source of food. So cant blame people those who eat non-veg.

15. பார்ப்பன சமூகத்தை வைத்தே பிழைப்பு நடத்துவதுதான் தமிழ்சினிமாக் காரர்கள் செய்யும் உச்சபட்ச சமூகப் புரட்சி. தமிழ்ச்சமுதாயம் பெரிதும் மதிக்கும் திருவள்ளுவர், வள்ளலார் புலால் உணவை மறுத்தவர்கள். அவர்களை விமர்சிக்க மாட்டார்கள். அதேபோல் மற்ற மதத்தினரின் வாழ்முறைகளையும், புராணங்களையும் ‘எல்லாம் தெரிந்த பாவனையில்’ பேச முற்பட மாட்டார்கள். சினிமா உலகின் அநியாய அக்கிரமங்களைப் பேசப்புக மாட்டார்கள். யாரை விமர்சித்தால் எளிதாக சமூகப்புரட்சியாளர் பட்டம் கிட்டிவிடுமோ அவர்களையே கேவலப்படுத்திக்கொண்டிருப்பார்கள். இதுதான் திரையுலகினரின், லேடி சூப்பர் ஸ்டாரின் அறம்.

25. Not a comparison, but it reminded me of Sivaangi in Cook with Comali learning to cook non vege for the show even though she's vegetarian.

    And Jai's explanation is very intriguing

26. This movie is not really about the passion for cooking. It's about over-hyping cooking for ultra rich customers of the 7 star hotels.

    As a matter of fact she has acted the cooking scenes without actually cooking any food completely on screen. They show some ingredients cutting, throwing ingredients on to cooking pan, and comes a 3d art piece in the name of food.

    The main motive of this movie seems to demean Brahmin community as following senseless traditions like vegetarianism, same caste marriage, devotion, etc.,

    I'm a non-vegetarian myself, I support true love irrespective of any cultural differences. I adore social equality themed movies like pariyerum perumal, karnan, etc.,

    But this particular movie doesn't genuinely posses good intention for the society.

    If they have challenged untouchability, I could have supported them. But not this crap.
