An octopus and a starfish decide to treat themselves to a gourmet meal, and set out to dupe a community of perch that live peacefully on the seabed. The octopus pretends to be a kind, loyal, friend and agrees to help all the sea fish build a shark shelter. Later, however, when the fish community goes to admire the shelter, the marlin realizes that they have all been tricked, and are then at the mercy of the octopus and its tentacles.
