very boring and the name of the movie doesn't match the story at all.

The scenario isn't funny. That happened to my parents…I ended up as their guardians. It was a horrible time. They both died… and my wife who had been heavily involved in helping me… and skipped a couple of pap smears and breast checks learned that she had lymphatic cancer… it was advanced and I watched her die.
