  1. I have seen about ten reviews of this song including reviews by foreigners . But I enjoyed your review the most . Your innocent reactions were fresh and felt real. Thanks

  2. The song is a copy of Navarasam by Thaikudam bridge..eventhough the makers of varaha roopam claims that the resemblance is due to the Raaga used ,it's not true..the whole composition is a copy.even the theme of the visual is copied ..

  3. Movie is excellent.but this song was totally copied.u were can check with 'Thaikudam bridge's 'Navarasam'.then u can understand, this song was how created

  4. The singer has sung beautifully, full of devotion. The music crescendo, Varaha …an avtaar of Lord Vishnu…..and it is so touching when they tap on their chests

  5. Yes – Mangluru, Udupi, Kundapura, Kollur, Sringeri, Horanadu, and Kudremukh are amazing places. Their temples, culture, food habits, and of course their customs are unique and it's an experience to travel through this land of an amazing culture that is rooted to the land. I have not seen the movie yet but plan to see it.

I understand that the main theme of the movie is based on the Bootharadhne, based on a traditional Yakshgaana dance form, famous around these parts. I have seen such customs in Kerala temples where such performances abound in places like Chottanikkara, Kodugallur and many Bhagavati temples. These folk arts in Kerala go by such names as Kathakali, Chakyarkoothu, Ottamthullal etc, These are dance forms unique to these coastal areas.

    Can't wait to see Kantara.

  6. You are the one who pronounced perfectly like कान्तारा I request you all do not stuck in metro life , do come and visit our North and South canara to understand the culture and it's values …..proud to be kannadiga

  7. Varaha, the third incarnation of Lord. Vishnu, the supreme among all Gods.
Varaha, the third incarnation of Lord. Vishnu, the supreme among all Gods.
He who assumes the form of a wild boar; the greatest of the demons.
With teeth as hard as diamond, he who protects us like a shield.
He who embodies the essence of Shiva the one who thrives on earth
He who gives refuge to those who believe in him.
The one who has won the hearts of thousands of Gods.
We now stand in front of you, worshipping you.

  8. It is very similar to Theyyam of Kannur, Kerala… Theyyam also has rich ancient culture behind it.. Proud that such films are coming out instead of crap that bollywood dishes out… Malayalam film kaliyattam is also based on Theyyam artist
