An open discussion about mental health, totoo ICE we need this a lot. Not only for the one in need but for the people who wants to support them. You'll never know how it feels unless you get to experience it. And yet each individual has a unique experience. Listening without the need to talk… simple but I could just imagine the strength and compassion this act would require from a support person. So aside from supporting the person in need, we also have to care for the ones supporting . A pat on the shoulder goes a long way.
